We will accept product returns after 14 days of the purchasing date for a full refund.
To receive a refund for the products the following terms stand:
- The customer owns a valid receipt with their name, order number, and track and trace on it
- The timeframe between the purchase date on the receipt and the return inquiry must be 14 days. Refunds after this timeframe may be declined
- The products are unworn and unwashed
- The products are not damaged
- Shipping back to the refund center is at the customers own cost
- The customer will receive the refund after sending the track and trace receipt to the support team
